Nutrition has always been a fundamental point in my lifestyle. Growing up, my first conscious approach to nutrition was experimenting in the kitchen ; and although I have never been one to follow recipes to the letter, intuitive cooking captivated me from the beginning. It was through my interest in knowing the different ingredients and the nutritional contributions they have in our body, that I chose to study this career ; Without a doubt one of the best decisions I have made.

With a practice of more than 16 years, various certifications and more than 10,000 patients; I have learned that the center of nutrition is always returning to nature, to what our body communicates to us and to the relationship we establish with our diet. Therefore, in my practice I take a functional, personalized and conscious approach to our environment.
